of multi unit dwellings

Co <font size="-1">p</font>urchases
the HFC networks and
upgrade as much of it
as possible to <font
size="-1">multi ch<font
size="-1">annel
DOCSIS 3.0 (<font
size="-1">much
of it may
already be 3.0?)<br>
