Given their DNS is down and routing to Optus is borked, I suspect anyone from Optus who reads this list isn't getting their email right now. I guess if they're subscribed with a web based account (ie. yahoo/hotmail/gmail/etc) then they might get it, but I would
 imagine/hope they are too busy fixing the problem to be reading non-work emails at this point in time.<br>

The lack of information is a bit annoying/alarming though.<br>

Does anyone have any clues on cause of current mass Optus outage we're seeing ?<br>

Have lost all ZXT inVictoria (ie. ADSL), couple of SHDSL spread around the place (townsville, perth, etc) and some various Optus fibre tails.<br>
<br>
All went down at the same time 16:01. Been on hold for over 10 mins now which suggests something is going on and lots of people are calling them because normally they would answer within a minute or two.<br>
