<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif";color:#1f497d"> </span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif";color:#1f497d">In my opinion NextDC is the most attractive offer for a number of the standard reasons such as power and WAN connectivity zoning however where they really win is the simple fact is the most Carrier/network options are available and it's usually where critical infrastructure is located. Basically, you're closer the centre of more Carrier networks at this facility compared to others. The framework NextDC provides for x-connects while comparably costly when considering some other locations is not tied to any commercial relationships and you won't find yourself bent over a barrel when choosing to deal with others to deliver services of all different types. Do not underestimate the Ecosystem that NextDC markets as it's actually a significant tool in getting things done and when many prevalent IT/Network providers are 'in the facility' and just a x-connect away it just makes life easier when putting together solutions for customers.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif";color:#1f497d"> </span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif";color:#1f497d">There is nothing worse in my eyes than being pushed or limited in your choices of network connectivity or solution providers because every few years the scenery changes and what was good two years ago may no longer be. This is especially true with the industry wide acquisitions that go on. Those aside, the cycle of carriers/providers being aggressive with offerings changes frequently too and often it's best to leverage that than be stuck under an old model.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif";color:#1f497d"> </span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif";color:#1f497d">If you want the ultimate flexibility for your business in arguably the better facility then NextDC B1 is the best choice. The additional money you will spend in the short term to be there will fast be outweighed by the commercial advantages you can benefit from in the long run.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif";color:#1f497d"> </span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif";color:#1f497d">Most Power/Capacity decisions can be made looking at the data sheets but as someone who has to deal with most of these DC's on a weekly basis I just wanted to provide another perspective that you may be undervaluing when making your decision.</span></p>
