able to nominate whether or not they want NBN Co to provide Battery Backup. Priority<br>
Assistance households will be provided with a Battery Backup. It is now assumed that 50%<br>
of Fibre End-Users will elect not to have Battery Backup, with a consequent reduction in<br>
Capital Expenditure.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

I know that fit this category don't have a PSTN line or have one purely for the purpose of getting DSL delivered. The number of people who fit in this category is going to increase over time such that by 2040 it may be an overwhelming majority see no need
for a PSTN port. If they had the naked NBN option, this would fit for all those people who want "just" an Internet connection.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
