<div dir="ltr"><div class="gmail_extra" style>I'm not so sure it is 100% PIPE owned in all cases, I seem to recall an instance about 10 months ago where a service was going to be provisioned partly on Uecomm (Optus), but that was a layer3 service and you do specify dark fiber team... anyway not meaning to nitpick, just an area where SLA reality (vs theory) might vary even with that being 100% the case.</div>
