Aye, except the over subscription is insane. Obviously it is probably similar with google fiber, but those japanese plans are designed mostly for national traffic, not international. And again probably obviously you can draw the same conclusion with just about any country including AU, but I guess the point is, you shouldn't drool too much, most of the internet cannot be reached much beyond 50-100Mbps anyway, so unless you want lots of parallel..<br>
