    <div class="moz-cite-prefix">Sadly It infrastructure sabotage Is not
      new. I remember cases 20 years ago of stolen copper cable being
      sold for scrap. Recently I think SEA-ME-WEA 4 was effected by 
      some alleged  cyber terrorism of the boat anchor kind off the
      coast of Alexandria.  Still other then having sovereign navy's
      patrolling cable routes there's not much I guess can be done.
      Perhaps that's in our future. <br>
