Waltzing around Parramatta the other day I notice there is a whole bunch of ground works going on, roads being dug up etc, looking a little more closeley I'm seeing a large number of spray painted markers like "fiber 10x" etc.<br>
Is somebody putting some new telco infrastructure in there or is it unrelated to anything interesting?<br>
