Does anybody know what the current pricing is for a traded IPv4 address?

The only metric I have is the $11(about) that Microsoft paid to Nortel a while ago. There appear to have been more recent trades happening even within this list.

No need to mention names, just a number and the size of the range that was traded would be fine. Oh... distinguishing legacy from non-legacy addresses might be nice as well.
Thanks in advance.
