            customers which will create more of this ‘un needed’

    and then there are the new customers who actually have a need for
    and will use a /16 or two.   Applying for a single  /22 block that
    will barely cover transmission subnets seems a bit pointless, and
    applying for 128 contiguous /22s is right out.<br>
