I recently conducted a change for a customer we moved from dual ADSL to Single SHDSL and updated the DNS entries.<o:p></o:p></p></div><div><p class=MsoNormal><br>Telstra was the last to update despite having the TTL dropped as low as it could could go. This because the root TLDN server within Telstra only updates EVERY 24HRS and no sooner/later. Telstra ignore TTLs.<o:p></o:p></p></div><div><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p></div><div><p class=MsoNormal>So until it's passed 24hrs, you won't see downstream DNS within Telstra updating.
