From your domain it would appear that you are a car dealership, not a network service provider so you'd fall into the "retail customer" category. If you are using Telstra's DNS then I'm assuming you are a Telstra customer and have a support channel available to you.</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>Thanks</div><div><br></div><div>David</div><div>…</div><div><br></div><div><br><div><div>On 18/02/2013, at 9:36 AM, Chris Scholfield <<a href="mailto:admincs@heartland.com.au">admincs@heartland.com.au</a>> wrote:</div><br class="Apple-interchange-newline"><blockquote type="cite"><div lang="EN-AU" link="blue" vlink="purple" style="font-family: Helvetica; font-size: medium; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: normal; line-height: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: -webkit-auto; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; "><div class="WordSection1" style="page: WordSection1; "><div style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; "><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; ">Hello,<o:p></o:p></span></div><div style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; "><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; "> </span></div><div style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; "><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; ">We’ve been experiencing a problem with our net traffic.
