The commercial agreement between them, is, well, between them - nobody else.<BR>
<BR>
If you have a commercial agreement with PIPE and/or Vocus that's between you and each peer provider, it doesn't give anyone the right to know how they connect or why they change things.<BR>

End result is, you are all still connected to the Internet, nobody has dropped off the face of it because of this.<BR>
