operated, no longer seems to consider what people think of them, which is sad,

If you have a commercial agreement with PIPE and/or Vocus that's between you
and each peer provider, it doesn't give anyone the right to know how they
connect or why they change things.<br>

End result is, you are all still connected to the Internet, nobody has dropped
off the face of it because of this.<br>
