          simplest solution I can think of is a plain old Windows VPS

          and SMB File Sharing and use the Offline Files feature in

          Windows 7.<br>

          To me, the idea of trusting online storage to one of the many

          propriatary options out there is worrysome to say the least.<br>

          My guess is a buzzword like "Portable Cloud" will extremely

          popular after enterprises begin to realise the pitfuls of

          being locked in to their chosen vendor.<br>
