Bit of a storm in a teacup imo.<br><br>The net is always going to be managed by consensus between sovereign nations. <br><br>I
can't see a bit of competition for internet governance being a bad
thing, and possibly a bit of constructive dialogue between US bodies and
the UN will ultimately benefit users.<br>
<br>US is probably going to more pro free speech than the UN (per first
amendment). UN will probably draw a stronger line on net neutrality and
