Up until 12 month ago I'd agree bogon filtering was a good idea in the hands of competent networking staff, sadly, as others have touched on, there's too many clueless, or plain outright lazy network engineers around the globe, I, like most here, have lost count of how many man hours wasted chasing out of date filter operators, so it's no longer worth the effort.<BR>
