<p>We are writing to let you know that there appears to have
been a security breach of our database at Netfleet. This <b>*may*</b>
have resulted in unauthorised access to some of your
customer account information, such as your name, email
address, billing addresses, phone number, and a
cryptographically scrambled version of your credit card
number and expiry date.</p>
<p>Credit card information is encrypted in our database, and
we <b>do not</b> store CCV digits.</p>
<p>Whilst we believe no sensitive data such as credit card
information was accessed by the intruder, there is a
possibility that this is indeed the case and as such we felt
it our duty to inform you.</p>
<p>Since learning of the intrusion, we have taken the affected
systems offline and are taking steps to address the
vulnerability that led to this incident.</p>
<p>We are cooperating with the AFP and Cert Australia to
undergo an exhaustive investigation in this matter.</p>
<p>We have been advised that there is no action you should
take at this time. However if you become aware of any issue
which could possibly be related to this incident, however
minor, please do let us know immediately.</p>
<p>I would like to stress that we are erring on the side of
caution and, there is no need to be unduly alarmed as it is
in fact only a very remote possibility that your details
have been accessed. Furthermore, if you have any questions
or concerns whatsoever, do not hesitate to get in touch</p>
