<div>We have a client with an office in Shanghai that is being told that it is not possible to get a static IP for their DSL service.</div>

<div>Considering the size of the office a private link is overkill so just trying to understand if this is actually the case or if they're just asking the wrong people. Didn't have an issue in Beijing which seems strange.</div>
