<p class="Default"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">In order to comply with the Government’s objectives, NBN Co will provide a Battery Backup solution so as to temporarily power Network Termination Units (<b>NTUs</b>) installed at the Fibre End-User’s premise
in the event of a mains power failure. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Standard NTU installation will include installation of a Battery Backup Unit together with the initial battery. Going forward, battery replacement, charging, and maintenance will not be NBN Co’s responsibility.
