<p class="MsoNormal">From what I could gleam from the article they are wanting to hand back everything to Tel$tra, including the NBN fiber that has been laid and then utilise a “mix of technologies” to service Australia.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">I was hoping someone on the list may have a better idea of that because the article appears to use NBN FTTP first off, if thats not available then HFC, then DSL, then fixed wireless/satellite.<o:p></o:p></p>
