Hi Stavros,<br><br>I have seen problems with the netcomm modems where they send llc and vc-mux packets in the startup negioation phase which can confuse the dslam and cause issues with no ppp, and to make things worse its completly random...<br>

</div>I removed the MT and replaced it with the cisco. There is only one BRAS. The<br>
NB6Plus4W Rev2 is running the latest firmware 4.24p. We too have seen this<br>
problem (with the nb6p4w), in which it will lose PPP and not reconnect until<br>
a power cycle. I have reported this to netcomm.<br>
