North of Brisbane is fine with little risk, Sunshine Coast Region had our isolation yesterday, it ended overnight, even the highway into Brisbane is fully reopened , though you'd be a fool to go in now, and East? there's only Moreton Bay and the Pacific Ocean
Just a note though for anyone in city who hasn't heard, public transport is being wound back from 1pm, buses I understand fully stop as of later this afternoon, so if you need buses to get home, you best move now (unless you need South Brisbane, incl the SB train station, your screwed, as its all closed now).
