IPv6 has built-in IP security (IPSec) which enables all traffic to be encrypted without the need for special hardware. Subsequently IPv6 enables the creation of large-scale encrypted networks which are very resilient to cyber-attacks. Individuals wishing to join should possess strong expertise in encryption, tunneling, hash algorithms, key management as well as possess experience in running very large networks. Individuals should be available to participate in a monthly conference call to discuss cyber threats and mitigation strategies.
