offshoot of the i3 group, which is a UK firm specialising in sewer deployments.<br>

It all seems to be the brainchild of one Elfed Thomas who talks about it here <a

who is also CEO of i3 Group (or was in July 2010), so i3 and H20 networks
appears to be fairly interchangable.<br>
