If the abuse / other IP allocation contact information is *not* up to date / stale / wrong, how will APNIC contact the entity to have it corrected ?<br>
<br>
The amount of time and effort my team has wasted chasing people, particularly in China and Singapore, to fix their rogue hosts amounts to hundreds of hours.
<br>
<br>
Because these entities are usually attacking our Government clients, we must follow up until we get an outcome or block their respective networks / ISPs, which really is not a great answer.<br>
<br>
The other challenge we have is when we do get hold of someone, they don't speak English.<br>
<br>
Surely there must be a better way to do this.<br>
