Other times a guy with no certificates can blow you away with how much he knows. </div><div><br></div><div>If you're really serious about gaining employment be really serious about the technologies involved. Certificates just show that you're serious about getting a job. </div><div><br></div><div>Oh and take the certificates off your resume if you ever apply for help desk.
