an index.html file, with a political message from their ISP asking them to not
support XYZ policy (In this case the filter). <br></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Something as simple as that is unobtrusive, displays once
and surely gets the message out there without costing a fortune.</p>

embedding a message into the first requested index.* from an IP address for the
day, because at the end of the day they aren’t my customers, they are my
customers customers viewing the pages.</p>

in front of them, and it would be much easier to setup in a few days of
concerted effort.</p>

ads, think of what the rest of us could get done if we put it to them.</p>
