content simply does not rid the world of the sicko's and doesn't
provide any form of punishment/correction.<br>

If they know enough about what to look for and where - then they should
issue take-downs and arrest those responsible.<br>

Their 'cookie-style' approach which I explained in my previous email
basically says to to me that in some way or another that they are
giving me a "get out of jail free" card and that they really don't want
me doing anything illegal but they won't stop me from using other means
to do so.<br>

political debate and so is very concerning about preventing people
seeing it. I'm also personally concerned about it as the security
side of things I WANT TO KNOW so I can protect my network and data
centres etc (stuff govt has decided is critical infrastructure).</div>

government going soft on Child Pornography and abuse. If all they
want to do is filter it and not use the money to find and hunt down the
perpetrators then that's just shoving your head into the sand. </div>

AFP - Then I would say to them that I assumed that I would be free to

bypass the system.<br>

To me (I'm going to use an analogy here), It seems as though the
government is saying:<br>

"Well good sir, I don't want you to eat this cookie - but if you decide
to ignore me and break the padlock I won't say anything :)"<br>
