Lets not get knickers in a twist too early - remember this is just a

recommendation from a third-party consultant, not NBNCo or government

policy (yet!), and still subject to ACCC overview - who could easily

not let it through as described in the report, if this was a

recommendation that government wanted to take up (if its anything like

the Henry report, they might decide not to accept any of the

recommendations!).<br>

  <h2>How to use the wiki</h2>

  <p>The Implementation Study has 11 chapters and contains 84

recommendations. The structure of this wiki mirrors that of the

Implementation Study. Each of the 11 Chapters has its own page and each

of these pages contains links to the recommendations within the

particular chapter.</p>

  <p>For each of the 84 Implementation Study recommendations, the

Government is asking the public to collaboratively develop a response

to the following:</p>

    <li>Why should the Government agree with this recommendation?</li>

  </ol>

  <p>Each recommendation page contains an edit button where a

collaborative response against each of these topics can be developed.

To contribute to the development of these responses, you must become a

registered user. Unregistered or anonymous users will not be able to

edit these areas. To become a registered user, please click on the 'Log

In' button at the top right of this page and follow the instructions.</p>

  <p>In addition, each chapter page and each recommendation page

contains a 'comments' section where users can provide comments or

discuss the chapter or recommendation. You do not need to be a

registered user to participate in this section of the wiki.</p>
