Well to his credit he didnt ask for comment/support/etc from Exetel  

reps specifically, he just blanket asked for feedback about "an  

outage". People do that all the time on here, perhaps more commonly in  

reference to providers of wholesale services... :-)

He as good as did though, and it has been accepted on this list since its inception those asking about those who provide wholesale services, that comes with the territory, but anything else is plain "end user" crap.<BR>

There's a hell of a lot of newbies to this last in past 12 - 18 months or so, many of whom need to re-read the charter IMHO.<BR>
