as message submission one the server, it will work. The end user may think port
25 is open because they didn't have to change any settings.

who claims Telstra says "the outbound email sending via non-Telstra ISP is

that this is generally blocked for customers wanting to send messages via
their own ISP (ie: not using Telstra) and that we need to configure
