Worked with us a few years back when our parent company decided that 'this apnic thing' didn't need to be paid and let our membership lapse.. We had no idea till outbound mail started bouncing because the reverse DNS on our /20 was pulled.. It's something that can be 'put back' pretty darned fast once their contact details are fixed..
