hardware uses a new chipset that offers some uplink performance increases.
Frequency support is IDENTICAL - WCDMA/UMTS networks on the 850MHz and
2100MHz band. This makes it suitable for TELSTRA in ALL AREAS (850MHz), and
VODAFONE and OPTUS in METRO AREAS ONLY (2100MHz). The speeds supported on
this module are up to 1.9Mbps Uplink (HSUPA), and up to 7.2Mbps Downlink
