Even if the commercial sense of it isn't there - at least we should try and aim it in the right direction.</div><div><br></div><div>I guess the important thing is to ensure that our offer comes across as a genuine offer aimed at improving the outcome and not some cynical desire from the industry to twist it into something ugly.
