Servers in our 113.20.0.0/20 block are unable to connect to mail.bigpond.com<BR>

(and potentially other hosts within AS1221), whereas servers in our<BR>

117.55.224.0/20 and 203.88.112.0/20 blocks have no issues connecting.<BR>

113.0.0.0/8 is relatively new (May 2008), so I suspect this may be related<BR>

to outdated bogon filters.<BR>
