AAPT changes their attitudes, which is highly doubtful, I think they will
slowly alienate most of the ISP/Carrier industry as people slowly dump their
colo, transit and DSL products for more economical and easier to deal with

who have their terminating PoP’s located in AAPT/PowerTel DC’s are
going to find that their customers are going to start not being interested in
those locations, and those with only AAPT/PowerTel PoP’s will start to
see business declining I suspect.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

talked to AAPT many times about their attitude regarding this and they seem to
be the petulant child who cares not for any of the ISP’s and only want to
go after the corporate business, forgetting that both AAPT/PowerTel(Request)
were founded strongly on the non-Tier 1 ISP market.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

an alarmist here, but we just saw Powertel's first shot across the bow with
respect to colo and cross connects. Apparently the AAPT colo product
person is now doing Powertel colo product. They have just recently pushed
us their service schedule for colo and it has a 'third party cross connect fee'
of $300 install and $300/month. It seems like the genius' at AAPT are
bringing their industry 'know how' over to Powertel.</span><span lang=EN-US><o:p></o:p></span></p>
