Given both you and TransACT seem to have AAPT in common for transit,
I'd call AAPT and lodge a fault with them.<br>
<br>
Either that or try contacting TransACT (I don't have any advice on how
if you're not a customer or have some kind of relationship with them).<br>

I can get to TransACT just fine, but I peer with them in Canberra.
