Hello people,

I realised that in my last email, I might have sounded like a residential
user who is trying to cut short the RSP/ISP's pre-established fault logging
process.

Starting again: Requesting help from AAPT network resource to troubleshoot
a weird packet drop issue. We are ISP for above said e-line tail circuit
for a business based out of Robina, GoldCoast and have an ENNI with AAPT in
Equinix SY3, Sydney and wondering if someone can assist with this issue
from ENNI end.

Appreciate any possible help.

Kind Regards
Rajnish Sharma
