Thank you, guys for the information, the biggest issue is actually making contact with facebook.
I can't seem to find any way to know someone will see my messages.

So sorry you've lost your Facebook account. Your photos & memories are your personal information, and they've been taken from you. It's a crime, report it.

If you file a report you can at least take the case number to Facebook to get them to pay attention.

My account was recently hacked and while they had access, they setup MFA to one of their devices, meaning even with a password reset after proving who I am, I still can't access my account.

Any assistance would be seriously apricated, I've got more photos and memories on Facebook than I can count.
