[AusNOG] Juniper SRX300 on Aussie Broadband NBN HFC - DHCP Issue

I’ve seen similar issues when replacing routers on ABB’s HFC services. The problem turned out the DHCP lease was tied to the MAC of the old router. A 2-minute call to Support saw the lease kicked and the new router able to retrieve an address. Not just for Juniper, any brand.
