[AusNOG] Packetloss between AAPT/TPG and Verizon

Anyone else seeing packet loss between AAPT/TPG and Verizon?

We are seeing around 12% loss (intermittently as high as 25%) between 2764-SYD7.ALTER.NET<http://2764-SYD7.ALTER.NET> and po8.sclardist01.aapt.net.au<http://po8.sclardist01.aapt.net.au>.

Both providers have minimal packet loss to the other main AU carriers

Tried to reach via the normal support process on both ends, with the usual minimal success when speaking to level 1 support.
