[AusNOG] Telstra IPv6 Wireless Enablement - IPv6 Single Stack

Hi All,

An Update with Telstra Ipv6 Single-Stack.

The SA rollout has now been completed with no issues reported.
Close monitoring of the network will continue in SA to ensure a smooth
transition.
We have now enabled it for a small amount of NSW nodes with further NSW
nodes to be completed at the start of 2021.

Thank you to the AusNog community for the on-going support.
