I just forward them to a rick Astley never going to give you up call queue

End of the day not a lot can really be done about it.

Same with spam and junk mail that comes in via the post box out front.
Can put measures in place to stop or reduce it but it’s never going to stop.
Android has a few good apps that can block a known database of scam callers and spam numbers. Unsure if anything exists for iPhone.
