[AusNOG] Telstra.Extranet and IPv6.

Hi.
I have a few SIM's under a Telstra Business Account. They all have the MICA code of GPTEXB3 so they can get a public dynamic public IP address which is working fine.
The Issue is when they are joined to the APN Telstra.Extranet they don't get an IPv6 address.
When I join the to the standard APN I can a CGNAT address 1.xxx.xxx.xxx but I do get an IPv6 address.
Has Telstra maybe not enabled IPv6 on Telstra.Extranet?

I found this document on ASNOG but it was posted in 2016 so would have thought 4yrs on it would have been enabled by now?
