Hi We migrated all our domains to Synergy Wholesale in 2016 and have never looked back.
ARQ Group are managing the migration for Central Nic and they have allowed up to 3 years for the migration.

Regards Chad.

All I can say is their ³live support² chat says you have been redirected to the wrong que we will escalate rather than putting into contact with the correct que. Though even if you get through (phone) level 1 has no idea and saying will get back within 24 hrs, seriously - 48 hrs later nothing.

Aware bought out but only getting worse. Had hoped the buyout would improve, sadly not. If their is someone on this list that can actually help great, others wise avoid. We are seriously about to move all services due to none support.
