Your experience is vastly different to mine and I’d say the majority of the AU industry. In my experience the Vocus team care about customer experience and are very easy to work with when you present a real commercial opportunity to work on together.
Maybe your expectations aren’t in line with what the local market can deliver? We do things differently down here.

hopefully this is true. Vocus has so much potential but very unfortunate and bad experience in my dealings with the sales team.
