Just wondering if anybody can suggest any options for people that ring and try and tell people their phone will be disconnected and they need to change to them ?
Surely the numbers are allocated to some carrier and they can actually do something about it ?
We are getting calls from some older customers already on VOIP who are really being stressed by these people, they just keep ringing and ringing and never stop.
Any thoughts ?
