[AusNOG] VOCUS billing issues

Hi all,

After 12 months  of screw ups I think reasonable to ask the list if anyone
high up in Vocus can sort basic issues and/or if anyone can recommend
alternative suppliers of NBN/Voice on a wholesale basis.
Off list replies are probably best.
