Hrmmm, the MRTG/Cacti graph shows about two hours worth of traffic which 
could be considered to be "intercepted".

If individuals or entities want to dig even further they may ask if this 
time window was expected to have unusually high amounts of data which 
may be considered as being "of interest" to certain stakeholders.

Would there be similar concern if traffic was temporarily routed to 
another country?
